Procedure of the Kambo ceremony in Medellín
- Your Kambo ceremony begins with you drinking two liters of water. Drinking plenty of water before the Kambo ceremony is particularly important so that you don’t become dehydrated due to vomiting during the ceremony.
- After you drink all the water, tiny dots are burned into your skin with a small glowing wooden stick.

- There is now a mat and a bucket ready in front of you. Here you can lie down or take any position that is comfortable for you.
